award winning Auchen Castle Hotel restaurant, Le Cépage,
enjoys an excellent reputation for the cuisine prepared
by its chefs. All our meals are freshly prepared and,
whenever possible, we use quality local produce. In
addition, the restaurant team are very attentive and
trained to deliver the very best of service.

The
Hotel restaurant has fabulous panoramic views of the
Scottish Upper Annandale Mountains and the lake. This
part of Scotland is particularly beautiful so why
not soak up the atmosphere and take an after dinner
stroll through our Italian gardens and woodlands,
perhaps whilst enjoying a digestif or two!
We can alter the restaurant layout to accommodate large events, be it traditional top tables for weddings with bespoke menus or round tables for corporate groups. Intimate dining is also possible.
After dinner coffees or liqueurs can be enjoyed in
the Castle Garden Lounge - the perfect evening setting,
surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside.
